These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Habeep, including our website, property marketplace, account features, landlord tools, listing services, feeds, content, and support channels.

• By accessing or using Habeep, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use Habeep.
• If you use Habeep on behalf of a company, landlord, agency, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

You must be legally able to use Habeep and responsible for the activity connected to your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use account-based services.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information and to update it when it changes.
• You are responsible for protecting your login details and for all activity that occurs through your account.
• You must notify Habeep promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, fraud, or misuse of your account.

Habeep supports different real estate journeys. Your responsibilities may depend on how you use the platform.

• Tenants, buyers, and property seekers use Habeep to search, compare, save, share, and enquire about property.
• Landlords and property owners use Habeep to present, manage, and support property visibility and tenant activity.
• Agents and real estate firms use Habeep to publish, manage, and respond to property listings and client enquiries.
• Each role must use accurate information, respect other users, and comply with applicable laws and professional obligations.

Habeep provides digital tools for real estate discovery, marketplace activity, property data, landlord support, and user communication.

• Habeep may allow users to search, filter, view, save, like, comment on, share, and enquire about property listings.
• Habeep may provide landlord or agent tools for property setup, listing management, rent or payment-related records, maintenance support, and agreement-related assistance.
• Some services may be provided through websites, mobile applications, third-party platforms, payment partners, or support channels.
• We may change, suspend, improve, remove, or limit parts of the service from time to time.

Property listings are only useful when they are accurate, lawful, and kept up to date.

• Users who submit listings are responsible for ensuring that property titles, descriptions, prices, availability, media, locations, features, ownership or agency authority, and contact details are accurate.
• You must not publish false, misleading, fraudulent, duplicated, unlawful, discriminatory, or unauthorized listings.
• Habeep may review, edit, hide, reject, remove, or restrict listings that appear inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with platform standards.
• Habeep does not guarantee that every listing is available, error-free, verified, or suitable for your needs.
• Users should independently inspect, verify, and confirm property details before making financial or legal commitments.

Some Habeep features may involve fees, payment records, wallet activity, rent support, utility payments, or third-party payment processing.

• You agree to pay any applicable fees, charges, or amounts shown to you before you complete a paid action.
• Payment features may be handled by third-party payment providers, banks, wallet providers, or other transaction partners.
• You are responsible for checking the amount, property, recipient, reference, and transaction details before making a payment.
• Fees may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise, required by law, or approved by Habeep in writing.
• Habeep may keep transaction records for support, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute, and legal purposes.

You must use Habeep responsibly and in a way that protects other users, property owners, agents, and the platform.

• Do not use Habeep for fraud, scams, money laundering, harassment, impersonation, spam, unauthorized advertising, or illegal activity.
• Do not interfere with, overload, scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, attack, or attempt to bypass the security of Habeep.
• Do not post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, threatening, or harmful.
• Do not upload malware, unsafe files, stolen media, private data, or content that violates another person's rights.
• Do not pressure users to make payments outside trusted instructions or to avoid proper verification.

You may be able to upload or submit listings, posts, comments, media, profile details, documents, messages, and support materials.

• You remain responsible for the content you submit to Habeep.
• You confirm that you have the rights, permissions, licenses, and authority needed to submit your content.
• You grant Habeep a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, copy, display, adapt, distribute, and process your content as needed to operate, improve, promote, secure, and support the platform.
• This license ends when your content is deleted from Habeep, except where retention is required for legal, safety, backup, dispute, support, or legitimate business reasons.
• Habeep may remove or restrict content that appears to violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform standards.

Habeep's brand, platform, software, design, content, features, and technology are protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may use Habeep only as permitted by these Terms and by the features we make available.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Habeep without written permission.
• You may not remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from Habeep materials.
• All rights not expressly granted to you remain with Habeep or the relevant rights holder.

Habeep may include links, integrations, app store links, payment services, maps, analytics, media hosting, communication tools, or other third-party services.

• Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, fees, and operating rules.
• Habeep is not responsible for third-party websites, services, actions, errors, downtime, or policies.
• If you leave Habeep or use a third-party service, you do so at your own risk.

Habeep is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or always-available service.
• We do not guarantee that every listing, user, agent, landlord, price, media item, location, document, or property status is accurate or verified.
• Habeep is not a substitute for legal, financial, valuation, survey, inspection, tax, insurance, or professional real estate advice.
• You are responsible for independent checks before entering into any property transaction, payment, lease, inspection, or agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Habeep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

• This includes loss of profit, data, business, goodwill, opportunity, rent, property value, or expected savings.
• Habeep will not be responsible for losses caused by user conduct, third-party services, incorrect listings, failed communications, unavailable services, unauthorized account access, or property decisions made outside Habeep.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Habeep from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform.

• This includes claims related to your listings, content, account activity, payments, property dealings, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights.
• This obligation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Habeep where we believe it is necessary to protect users, the platform, or legal rights.

• Reasons may include suspected fraud, unsafe activity, inaccurate listings, account misuse, unpaid fees, legal risk, or breach of these Terms.
• You may stop using Habeep at any time.
• Certain records may remain after account closure where required for legal, accounting, safety, support, dispute, or legitimate business reasons.

Your use of Habeep also involves the processing of personal information.

• Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information.
• By using Habeep, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy and agree that it forms part of your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms when our services, legal obligations, or operating practices change.

• When changes are made, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
• Your continued use of Habeep after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

• You agree to first contact Habeep so we can try to resolve a complaint or dispute informally.
• Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be handled by competent courts or other dispute resolution processes available under applicable law.
